Drawing with Light- Final Portfolio

The project focused on understanding how to use a long exposure to capture light. It was fun to experiment with the different ways that I could use lights to create effects, but it was difficult to perfect the pictures. I often had to take many proofs, and continuously had to alter my settings in order to best capture the picture. The fact that you can’t see what you are drawing or what the final photo will be until the picture is taken also made it much more difficult to create a nicely composed photo. Overall, I enjoyed experimenting throughout this project, even it was at times frustrating to capture the desired picture.
